External Transfers (ACH) Survey

An owner credit union has asked the following questions regarding external transfers (ACH) to their members via online banking.  If you are able to help them out, your response would be appreciated.  Your response will not be shared publicly, but may be shared with other NWCG clients and owners.

  1. Are the transfers pre-funded or post-funded?
  2. Do you allow both credit and debit external transfers?
  3. What is the SCC code for the transactions?
  4. What are the daily and weekly transaction limits?
  5. Do you have member eligibility requirements, such as a new member waiting period?
  6. What policy or procedural changes had to be implemented?
  7. Do you also offer same day ACH?
  8. Have you experienced any significant losses from this service?
